Guidelines Core Principles
To foster a trustworthy environment for remote professionals in Kochi, Fort Kochi, and beyond, we hold all contributors to these key expectations.
1. Authenticity of Remote Working Visits
Every review must represent an actual, firsthand remote working visit to the venue. Do not post ratings based on hearsay, public descriptions, or outdated information. Detail real WiFi scores, electrical outlets density, and acoustic comfort levels.
2. Respectful, Unbiased Formatting
We value diverse opinions but require professional formatting. Reviews must avoid offensive remarks, personal attacks, or discriminatory expressions. Keep statements concise, factual, and supportive of the remote-worker community.
3. Zero Tolerance for Spam & Self-Promotion
Writing promotional reviews for listings you own or coordinate is forbidden. Similarly, offering rewards/incentives to users to write ratings, or coordinating negative campaigns (review bombing) against competing workspaces, triggers automated bans.
4. Digital Identity & Contributor Ethics
Contributors must maintain a transparent digital footprint. Creating duplicate contributor accounts to inflate contribution rankings, uploading stock imagery, or writing plagiarized text from other discovery sites constitutes guidelines breaches.
Anti-Spam & Suspension
We review submissions through automated analysis and manual moderation loops. Let's look at how we enforce policies:
Content Warnings: First violations concerning bad links or subjective tags trigger a formal review warning to the registered contributor email.
Suspensions: Severe or repeated violations (like duplicate claims or offensive language) trigger temporary suspensions (3 to 14 days) or block the contributor session.
Permanent Blocks: Bot profiles, direct financial extortion requests, or systematic reviews manipulation warrant immediate, irreversible IP and database account bans.
