1. Account Obligations & Registration
By registering a contributor account, you warrant that all profile details (such as email and mobile coordinates) are accurate. You are solely responsible for maintaining login credential security. Sharing contributor credentials or claiming a venue using false representation will result in immediate account suspension.
2. Content License & User Submissions
Vorkable allows both general users and business owners to submit workspace listings, coordinates, photos, speed test screenshots, and reviews. When you upload or submit content, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, display, edit, and distribute this content. You represent that all submissions are accurate to the best of your knowledge and do not violate third-party copyright or trademark laws.
3. Business Listing, Verification & Claims
Listing a space does not convey ownership of the venue. Business owners have the absolute right to claim their respective listings by completing our verification protocol to confirm operational authority. Once claimed, verified owners can manage, update, or upgrade their space specifications. Business owners may also request corrections, updates, or removal of listings by contacting Vorkable support.
4. Subscription Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel your subscription plan at any time inside your partner dashboard page. Cancellation requests suspend future billing, allowing active perks to remain until the current billing cycle terminates. Because plan assets (analytics, featured rankings) are provisioned immediately, refunds are not issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
5. Spam Prevention & User Conduct Rules
Users agree to write honest, objective reviews based on authentic remote working visits. Artificially inflating or deflating review scores, coordinating review bombardment, or submitting promotional reviews on listings you own is strictly forbidden and constitutes a breach of terms. Violators face permanent platform bans.
6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
The platform coordinates remote workspace details for informational discovery. Because listings can be submitted by general users and community contributors, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or current status of wifi speeds, seating comfort, ac availability, or electricity backup times at third-party venues. Users and business owners indemnify and hold the platform harmless from claims arising from platform usage.
